Huge Monday Night game this week….perhaps you’ve heard…..

I can’t wait for this game – should be a lot of fun!  But my thought on wagering on it is that Favre will try too hard and although getting better each week he’s far from his old self.  When he remembers that, he’s fine.  When he forgets he starts making mistakes (ask the Jets).  That’s the Favre I fear we’ll see Monday Night.  Late FG decides this one – I’ll take the 3 and a hook and win no matter who kicks it!

With a win last week on Monday Night I’m ready to deliver another!

Panthers/Cowboys OVER 46
Dallas D has been questionable and despite some struggles thus far the Panthers have the weapons to score.  Romo should have a good passing game against this D.

Indianapolis Colts -3
Yes, the Dolphins are better at home and yes they don’t stink anymore but they have not yet risen to the class of the Colts.  Even the Colts that aren’t likely in high gear yet.  I expect this game to be close but ultimately Peyton Manning gets his team the win on Monday Night Football!

Last Monday Night game of the year….

Chicago Bears -4 over Green Bay
Packers falling apart down the stretch and I don’t see them getting it turned around on the road against the Bears with a very solid running game and tough defense.

Tough day yesterday, maybe that’s what I get for waiting so late to make my picks – I thought too much.

Indianapolis Colts +4 over @Tennessee
The Titans just don’t have enough offense to extend the margin that much.  This one stays close and if by chance the Titans do open some space the Colts more than capable of a backdoor cover.  In close games taking 4 points is a smart pick.
