NFL Picks for Week 8

Tough week this week in the NFL, many games I can make good arguments for both sides – here are two I do really like in week 8.

Minnesota Vikings +3
Yes Favre may ‘press’ at times and that could hurt his team but the Packers can’t protect their QB and the Vikings get after the quarterback as well as any team in the league.  GB recent success has come against really bad football teams – they aren’t as good as their record.  Wrong team favored.

New York Giants -0.5
Lose a few games and all of the sudden everybody is talking about a great start that was misleading – I disagree.  The Giants are a solid football team with depth, balance and experience.  Getting away from home might be just what the need.  Giants by a TD.
